Hargeisa, April 10, 2004 (SL Times) – Unconfirmed reports say that President Rayale may reshuffle his cabinet. The new cabinet is expected to be smaller than the present one, and will be composed of 18 ministers, 7 vice-ministers and 4 ministers of state. The reports also claim that the president may choose some of his ministers from the opposition parties. News of a possible reshuffle has made some of the present ministers very worried about losing their posts.
