Hargeisa, April 10, 2004 (SL Times) Unconfirmed reports say that President Rayale may reshuffle his cabinet. The new cabinet is expected to be smaller than the present one, and will be composed of 18 ministers, 7 vice-ministers and 4 ministers of state. The reports also claim that the president may choose some of his ministers from the opposition parties. News of a possible reshuffle has made some of the present ministers very worried about losing their posts.
