I was surprised to read in your paper dated July 5, 2003 that Emirates opens window to Somalia to ensure postal services to Somali citizen which includes Hargeisa the Capital of Somaliland.
We are not aware of such arrangement nor does this concern Somaliland at all. Somalia and Somaliland are two separate countries.
