THIS IS WHY

It was the people of Somaliland NOT the Government of Rayale who brought in the peace and harmony in our country and between the clans. It was the people who made it happened for what the international communities and renounced Scholars called the “Beacon of Africa, the Land of Haney and Milk” and so on. It was the public who make it possible the three successful national elections. It was the people who elected the current president and his government and entrusted him their future and that of their children by giving him the mandate to lead them and the country for prosperous future politically, economically and socially.

However, since the Rayale’s Government come to power he brought in only Misery, Disillusion, chaos, disarray and deficiency in all aspect of a government. Furthermore Mr. Rayale sidelined the very public who elected him. What should have been a government of the people, by the people and for the people; become a government of a group/s, by a group/s, for a group/s and for individual/s.

For more betrayal the very government and the President they elected for waste no time, money and resources to deprived and denies all the necessity of live such as the freedom, Social welfare, Economic Development and human rights. Rather than concentrating the development of the country he stopped all economic activities, investment and development from both internally and externally by blank refusal and/or demanding high bribe “LAALUUSH” for him and his NNS (BASAASIINTIISA).

The President and his old guard of NNS began what any JUNTA knows best such as random arrest without trail, Imprisonment, curbing all freedom of speech he refused one’s rights to form political parties; frankly Mr.: Rayale and his government put all Somaliland people into an open prison and that prison is getting worse and worse by the day…

Considering of what the people Somaliland had endured, since Rayale come to power they are exceptionally patient.

Nevertheless, the people of Somaliland realized that the current government will not change the its dreadful policy if anything it had been replicating that of Siyad Bare as every action of heir has shows.

It was four and half years ago when the people of Somaliland seen the light at the end of the Tunnel, that light was the election when the three national parties UDUB, KULMIYE and UCID competed to lead the nation to form a good government and into the future. In that election the people voted for President Rayale for a mandate to form a government that will represent all of the people and do all it can for the people and the country. But now without a doubt the people of Somaliland are lamenting of the choice they made then. Nevertheless, Thanks to Allah “Oo Cimrigoodii Qaarbadan Ku simay” that light (Ama Nasiibkaasi) is back again for the second time around “It’s Election Time”. With several months away from the Election Day the people of Somaliland began to review Mr.: Rayale government’s record they took the weight scale and put Rayale and his Government onto the scale and it weighted ZERO grams, they put Rayale and his Government under the Microscope and it shows its full of infection diseases such as corruption, mismanagement, dishonest, clansman, hatred and most of all against Somaliland Sovereignty and independent.

The people of Somaliland reviewed and monitored Rayale presidency, his leadership style, skills and what he and his government have done for the country and the people since the date they elected him, they concluded that he had done nothing for the country and for the people apart from staring hatred, tribalism between beelaha Reer Somaliland specially beelaha Dacalada iyo beelaha dhexda.

However, after four + years of being patient the people of Somaliland come to conclusion that they disagreed of his action, his leadership style and the way he run the country.

The people of Somaliland including beelaha darafyada realized that the President his Government have done nothing for the country and he is not serving in the interest of the country and its people.

The Somaliland people looked for an alternative and concluded that the only alternative they have is the KULMIYE party.

Contrary to what Rayale and his hardcore elements of his regime and others are advocating, KULMIYE party represents a UNITED Somaliland. That is why from every corner of the country from west to east from every region, cities and Villages such as Borama, Dilla, Saylac, Gabilay, Hargeysa, Berbera, Sheikh, Burao, Baligubadle, Oodwayne, Buuhoodle, Las Anod, Erigavo, and from every Civic group, Clan, Tribe and individuals are coming to the KULMIYE Headquarter and KULMIYE CAMP.

Again contrary to what Rayale and his well paid propagandist who says that KULMIYE party is only ISAAQ PARTY and is an exclusive club of SNM and against NONE ISAAQ; KULMIYE stand for all, ISAAQ and None ISAAQ of Somalilanders.

That is why the very power based of Rayale’s regime including all major clan and tribe of Gadabuursi such as Mohamed Case, Reer Nuur and Habar Carfaan and many more whom were not a traditional supporter of the KULMIYE speaks laud and clear and without hesitation said they withdrawn their support from Rayale and his government. That is why many well known intellectuals, politicians and educated from the above entities declaring their support for KULMIYE and registering their desire to run for some of the highest job i.e. Vice President to be part in shaping our country for the better.

KULMIYE party stands for all that is why all Somaliland Media are reporting everyday that BEEL HEBLAAYO, reer HEBEL and their intellectuals and politicians had withdrawn their support from Rayale and his government and gave their vote of confident to KULMIYE Party.

KULMIYE party represent inclusion and changes for the better and good government that is why all Somaliland people inside and outside the country are talking and discussing about KULMIYE party and it’s Second Congress. That is why every clan, tribe, group/s, individuals are coming to KULMIYE camp to participate and take in part of the KULMIYE second Congress.

KULMIYE party represent SAVING and RESCUEING our country, that is why all well known, respectable people from Rayale’s Government and UDUB party, politician, intellectuals, educated, Qucaal, Student, Ururada Bulshada, Haweenka, Dhalinyarada who put the interest of country before theirs are pouring into the KULMIYE camp to be part in rescuing our country from current sadness, disaster and mayhem waiting to happen before it’s too late. KULMIYE party Represents Democracy, Discussion, Consultation, Conciliatory and common ground and interest of the country and all its people, that is why KULMIYE party Congress is delay and delay again simply to get everyone on board and to listen their concern and grievances, valued and accommodate them.

KULMIYE party represent Economic, social, and political development, it cares Justice, grantees of human rights and freedom of speech for all. The people of Somaliland knows very well that when elected KULMIYE unlike the current Rayale’s Government will grantees to form a government of the people, by the people and for the people, a Government which respect constitution and rule of law, the people Somaliland realized that KULMIYE represent a Government that is accountable for the people of Somaliland. Without a doubt the people of Somaliland concluded that when elected that KULMIYE party will represent a government that will fill full their inspiration, dream for good government and grantee for better future (Hadii Illaahay La Qabto). Without a doubt the people of Somaliland declared KULMIYE PARTY as the savior for them and for that of our children ‘InSha’Allah’.

Nevertheless, with all these facts there are hardcore elements in our society whom their only interests are Somaliland to remain at its current state, i.e. Dictatorship, Corruption, economic mismanagement, no development, no freedom of speech and human rights abuses, mass arrest and imprisonment without proper court and procedure.

They are group of people and individual who would like the government to remain a government of individual by individual for individual/s. they are groups and individuals whom have been benefited only from division of Somaliland clan, tribes and communities.

They are groups and individual/s who would like to stir hate, clansman and civil war between the people of Somaliland.

They are groups and individuals from Rayale Government using all public resources, Government control media and other internet media and websites whom put their personal interest before that of the country they are full of personal hate and Qabiil and not yet cured from Wax Yaabihii laga heshiiyey amaba Isaga Dhasay Cuqdad Qabiil ama Shakhsi Nacayb Qaba ama iska Qaba Cuqdad Nafsiya such as Harawo.co, Qarannews.com and individuals.

CONCLUTION:

Except these minority group/s and individuals for whom blinded by personal hatred, clansman, tribalism and of those with greedy mind and didn’t want to see the truth or reality whatever the cost, and with several months away from the election day I will say that the people of Somaliland from everywhere inside and outside of the country, clan, and all walk of life and background without a doubt SPEEK OUT and said that KULMIYE party is the ONLY HOPE FOR THE FUTURE of our COUNRTY and it’s PEOPLE “Hadii Illaahay Ku Guuleeyo”.
