Every time an election appears on the horizon, we have experienced the sad policies that this administration resorts to, because of it's bankruptcy on ideas and of achievements. From the very beginning, the Opposition Political Parties leniency is what prospered Riyale to invest much on the unlawful atrocities he knowingly dared to violate the constitution.

Another factor that enabled him to behave like a king , when the Administration, verbally sells Democracy at formal venues, is the absence of the fundamental basics of the state structure!!. lam sure Somalilanders abroad, will be stun to know that our courts are deliberating cases on the faqash Penal and civilian laws!! that the Unconstitutional Court of emergency, similar to that of Siyad Barre operates at home to this date!! Three of the largest regions remain barren to Somaliland economy and instead, contribute to that of Bossaaso and the TFG!! Because of the Faqash monetory notes used in those regions because of Government failure to extend Somaliland administration to every inch of the country and to unify the monetory notes used inland, to the local Somaliland shillings.

Mr Riyale failed to compose a mini-cabinet Ministers, selected on quality, productivity and discent, who should possess the ability of patching together , a national Periodic development plan that essentially should have at stages, promoted in the gradual development anticipations of the country by the Public, and in pace with the Nation's financial ability.

Mr. Riyale failed to defend Las-Anod, which he intimidated and provoked it's public ahead of the last Presidential elections to deny other-wise, assured votes to the opposition Parties, Kulmiye and UCID at that time which he did by calling the Region a militarized zone!! Now that we have delayed scheduled elections for the 3rd time, he once again comes with national treason by unlawfully self extending his mandate, which is about to finish in twelve days time!!

Riyale tried to invent instability on the ground where some of his departments are instigating security trespasses by throwing local made bombs at some empty spaces at un occupied at the time of a Gov't Minister's home and an official of the Election Committee. This is a pure covert-operation meant to give a legal ground to a non-existent security instability, here at home, which thanks Allah, the public are the real watch-dogs of the Nations. A good proof is that, the Terrorists who were handed smuggled pistols at the high security Prison of Hargeysa, who made to the prison gate and out of the prison , were but nabbed by the public and not the prison Guards!!

The Terrorists, who kidnapped the German Official at Erigavo, had been stopped by the public and handed them over to the Government.

This Administration had deceived it's public, by only promoting their personal interests but nothing towards, the Public desire, in getting a true Nation of Law. The president had three secret contracts with German Companies. To this date, no body in Riyale Administration have seen such contracts, nor did the National Council of the cabinet of Ministers as well as the Legislative councils of the state. Same applies to the Minister of Water and Minerals and that of Information, who all happen to be of the same clan!!

The National Budget happens to be a hostage for the Minister of Finance, an ex-army colonel, who never served in a financial Institution through-out his life, who literarily, is well trained to kill enemies but being put on this position, raises as many eye brows!!

We had Six Regions, three of which, the Faqash monetory Notes tie them financially to Mogadishu and Bosasso, which confines the financial productivity to the remaining three, who happens to be suffering from the burden of paying the Gov't expenses and salaries through services and taxation, that did elevate the living standard of those three tax paying Regions to sky-rocketing stages.

We can not reward Mr. Riyale who did nothing for over six years , he was a sitting-duck in the presidency, to defy our own Constitution, legislative body that had been legally elected, prevailing laws and the public anticipations, to take the whole Nation , the National Budget and the 97% public approved constitution by vote, to behave like a king.

He Nominate Six new Regions of political ambition of his own to lure in voters, not dictated by National requirement, at a time he failed to manage the existing six!!. He also nominated 14 new Districts of absolute destructive idea, since some happen to be too close to already established Districts while the criteria of state Districts formation requirement had been ignored thereby instigating inter-tribal conflicts of interest!!

The Most recent issue of unseating the Deputy Chairman of the National Election Committee, Mr. Hirsi Ali Haji Xasan, for a fair statement he said of the presidents earlier critic on that Committee, Calling them ignorant of the laws and cursed them to learn the law, where Mr. Hirsi hai back by saying, "When it comes to the issue of the National Commission, We are a neutral institution, therefore, we will treat you as the Chairman of the State Party "UDUB" only, which is fair and nothing wrong in it. It's not that he denied his Presidency, but, when only the issue pertains to the National Elections Committee!!

This issue prompts us to reflect back on the resignation by the Ist Chairman of this Committee on grounds of Presidential Pressure, the unjustifiable delays over the conduction of the long awaited National Elections, the continuous constitutional crisis always ignited by the president whenever, the elections get close. Now that, he had militarized the capital, some National killed unlawfully, the Budget as well as the relative issues prevailing at this moment; all indicate the Administration is playing with Fire!! I am afraid, the president by this act of being the overall chairman of the Election Committee, where the five members selected by the presidency and the illegal Gurti dominate, leaves only one door left, which is unfortunately, Wrestle Mania!!!

The Somaliland public are being blackmailed on non-existent law, non-physically existent governance, where the prevalent laws are those left by the collapsed Gov't of Siyad Barre!! I am sure, no one will submit into Mr Bullale, the Secretary General of UDUB'S silly words this morning that the Government will fill the new Hargeysa Prison, with opposition activists, an indication to a recently kidnapped from imperial Hotel of Hargeysa, a central Committee Member of Kulmiye Party, for nothing other than a witness he was over the Riyale/Haatuf officials corruption case, that had been obstructed of justice by presidential order, which is very nauseating but useless and impractical verbal statement rather meant for public consumption only!!.

The Police commander on the night of Mr. Abshir's kidnapping by secret service police dressed civilian clothes from Imperial Hotel, told some websites of the Capital, Mr. Abshir's arrest was because of abusive words he said of the President and his wife, which is the same illegal accusation on Haatuf Officials just to arrest him in revenge of his witnessing for Haatuf Officials. State executive authority to be used on personal revenge is absolutely an insult to Democracy and to the state of Somaliland, it's an unprecedented violation of human Rights as well as a pure obstruction of justice to be detained on a false accusation other that the core issue of his arrest pertained to!!

With only eleven days remaining from the official mandate of the president, there should be tangent plans to salvage this damaged state now ahead of the whee hour, where no sense of reasoning, law, or listening opportunities will prevail and the law will taken on everybody's hand!! Those cowards, who bullied the president to this longhead, indeed will be the first deserters, who shall be faster than ex- Abdi Bile or Morgan. let us see what the fate is carrying on the May 16th!! Indeed, it will be a day of justice to all!!
