School Exams Start In Somaliland

Intermediate and High school exams started on June 21st 2014 throughout Somaliland.
According to the Minister of Education Hon Zamzam Abdi Aden, a total of 21, 099 students (7779 high school students and 13320 intermediate students) sat for the exams in all regions in Somaliland.
Ms Aden further revealed that for the first time in the country's 23 years history national examinations are taking place in all schools in the country both public and private.
Ms. Zamazam, the Minister of Education has made clear that exams commenced all regions of the country peacefully.
